Once you have added a line to the Purchase Order (PO), you can Confirm the PO, either in the PO details area or in the PO Status bar.
Confirming a PO indicates that it is no longer in draft and means that it can have Receiving done on it (ASN/RCT). The lines on the PO will now show as ‘On Order’ in Stock and will show as ‘On Order’ on the Sales Rep app. A Confirmed PO can be Finalised.
