Advanced Shipment Notifications (ASN) can be added to a PO.

  1. Warehouse – select which warehouse the ASN is arriving at
  2. Pallets – How many pallets the order is packed onto  
  3. Status of the order – one of:
  4. For each line on the PO:
  5. Quantity – The amount of the expected quantity that have been fulfilled
  6. Packages – In how many packages were the requested quantity packed
  7. Package details – Information used to pack containers and allocate space in the warehouse

Once created, an ASN shows under PO lines.
