Just below the SO details is Packing.

Let’s see Create Pack. Here you process Packs that have been picked; you input into the Pack all items that were picked.

  1. Set the quantities of all lines to the level that you have on hand in the SO warehouse
  2. Set the quantities of all lines to the level that was requested, regardless of what you have on hand
  3. Set the quantity that was packed for each line
  4. Use this button when specific quantities of a line came from different batches (for batched items only)
  5. For items that are batched, select the batch that was used. Some batches are set to Auto, so the batch is selected automatically
  6. Select which BIN the item was taken from

Beneath this is the pack weight and dimensions:

  1. Packer PIN, used to identify who picked these items to provide accountability
  2. Weight of Pack
  3. Pack dimensions

After pressing save you will see the pack in the packing section of the SO

1. Pack Details

Click here to see pack details. You can change details as required

2. Select All, press here to select all Packs

3. Create Shipment

This will create a Shipment and create the shipping label if carrier API is setup

Create Shipment:

1. Origin
Where the Pack is being picked up from, the warehouse address by default
2. Destination
The destination address, the customers delivery address by default
3. ETA
Expected delivery date
4. Status
Shipment status, defaults to Pending Pickup
5. Shipping Cost
Cost and currency for this shipment
6. Carrier
Select which carrier to use for this shipment. Defaults to SO Preferred Carrier
7. Carrier Tracking
The carrier tracking code
8. Payment Terms

If COD is required, input details for delivery driver here

4. Append to Shipment

Add these packs to an existing Shipment

5. Attach Pallet

Append the Pack(s) to an existing Pallet

Enter the serial number of the Pallet to append this Pack to

6. Create Pallet

Create a new Pallet for these Pack(s)

1. The Pack(s) selected to be added to the new Pallet

2. Add any other Packs to this pallet by pasting in the Pack serial number here

3. Pallet details are entered here

Below you see a Pallet highlighted in red.

You can see that it contains the two packs from this SO, but if we click Packs, we can also see Packs that are part of this pallet from other SO’s:

Once you create a Shipment you will see:

Print Shipping labels

3.  Slips

Print the Shipping slips

4.  Print SHP

Prints the Shipment document
