Stages provide the ability to make sure a document (SO or PO) goes through certain stages.

Stages will show on the documents for all users, but the ability to set and clear the stage can be limited to specific users. This is useful if a certain flow is required to process a document, but with different stages managed by different users.

This can be used in conjunction with Search Queues to allow a user to immediately see the PO’s requiring his/her attention by filtering by Stage.

This will show in the document

2. Documents

Choose which documents this stage is valid for: SO / SO (Credit) / PO / PO (Credit)

3. Authorised Users

Type to search for users on the system and click the names to add them. If no one is selected, then every user can access this stage and apply it to the relevant documents
