- Select the Inventory menu from the left and then Warehouse Transfers.
- To create a TRN, click the Add Transfer button and select the date, origin warehouse, destination warehouse.
By default transfers are set as Quick Transfer This means that once you enter the information and confirm the transfer by clicking on Confirm TRN, the goods are decremented from the original warehouse and incremented to the destination warehouse.
A TRN that is not set as Quick Transfer, does not automatically transfer the stock, but rather allows picking from the original warehouse (just like a SO) and a receiving goods (RCT) at the destination warehouse. This is intended for transferring goods when you want to physically scan them leaving and entering the warehouses.
